Are we nuts?

Well, I cannot believe I gave in to something I told myself I would never give into. A PUPPY! That' right. I had a puppy when I was a kid and I have alot of great memories of her. I knew were going to get one one day, just not now. It was one of those things that I told myself I would not like the dog and we were not going to go home with one. Little did I know as soon I looked at her, she melted my heart. She came right up to me(of all people) and sat on my lab. I guess she knew she had some convincing to do. Well, Kenzie, you did it. Your permant resident is now the Clark house. I am starting to become mor fond of you every moment. You are just darn cute and you make my kids eye sparkle. That is all that matters. I did just get done potty training one child, and now I have to do it all over again. She is pretty easy though. She is starting to go to the door already when she has to potty.
I was a little hestitant getting  a dog because of my inhome daycare,BUT, I cannot keep things like this stop my kids from enjoying their childhood. I think this was a good decision and I think she will be a blessing to our family, correction, she is a blessing to our family.
