I have a ear infection.  YES, at thirty something  I have my 3rd ear infection in 6 months. I have so much more sympathy now for kids who get ear infections. They are so painful and I could not sleep. Good thing I was taking motrin. That is the only thing that got me through the night.
I went to the doctor and she could not believe how yucky my ear looked. I had an inner and middle infection in one ear. Soooo... I am going to take a trip to the Ear nose and throat doctor! Seriously, they are going to laugh at me when I walk in. My fear is they mention tubes. LOL!! It could happen. Can you imagine an adult walking in for tubes because of ear infections. Wow!
I am on very strong meds right now and I feel improvment, just not 100% yet.
By the way, I never had 1 ear infection throughout my childhood. Funny huh?
My best friend right now.

Anybody else have this problem?

Bless your heart! I hope you get to feeling better soon. My youngest daughter has an ear infection in both of her ears right now. We're hoping that she doesn't have to get tube, but it's sure looking like she'll have to.

I used to get them 3 times a year while growing up. Every year, like clockwork. When I was 6, they put tubes in both ears. I still continued to have infections, but it went down to twice a year, instead. Haven't had a problem since I turned 27. Three years of pain free ears. Lovin' it!

Good luck and I hope you feel better.
