Recovering / InstaFriday

Happy Friday friends.

There always has to be reason for being MIA right? Well last Friday I had hernia surgery and let me tell you, I have never had surgery and I was really scared. I had no idea how I was going to react to anesthesia . I was wheeled back about 11 and by 1120 I was in recovery. Waking up is the weirdest thing. I hardly remeber a thing. I woke up with a nice pack on my belly, in pain and my hubby walking back to see me and a nurse asking me if I wanted to something to eat.
It was outpatient so I was later that afternoon. That night and Saturday were awful. It is pain that I personally have never felt. I could not get up with assistance and to move basically hurt.
Each day got better and better. I eventually quit taking the pain pills am able to move and walk more.
My internal stiches healed enough to where I could sleep on my side and get up on my own. My outside stitches are healing and itching and hurt, but I  am able to do things.
I am a week out and able to resume normal activity except swimming and working out until my follow up. Boo
So anyway, that is where I have been the last week. I am not the best blogger anyway and am still working in doing more posts.
Where do you get your ideas to post?
Ok, back to InstaFriday. There are little pictures because I was flat on my back for a few days.
I am linking up with life rearranged.
I am coleyclark30 if you are not followering and would like too. I love to meet new people and new blogs.

Last Friday Kendric had his first sleepover campout.  He had a blast.

Summer fun. Our neighbors have a motor home that has 2 stories and 4 TV's. Really? Cadence and the neighbor girls relaxing in the cool air watching tv. Outside.

She loves to help me water the flowers.
I love a clean sink before I go to bed. Knowing in the morning I walk down to a clean kitchen makes me so happy.
I really cannot sleep if my kitchen is a mess.
Anybody else like this?

Happy weekend !
