Easy banana bread

I had some very ripe bananas and did not  want to throw them away so the girls and I decided to make easy banana bread.

  • 3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed (I used four)
    1/3 cup melted butter
    1 cup sugar (they say you can easily use 3/4 cup, I went with a cup)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    Pinch of salt
    1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • Mash bananas 

    Mix the egg, bananas, vanilla in a bowl and then add flour last. 

    Pour the mixture in a 8x5 bread pan and cook for an hour @ 350

    This turned out so yummy. Next time I may add strawberrys to the mix. I bet that would taste even better.
